Joy through art

This is not my story, it is a story about an Art teacher in the Philadelphia school district. Grappling with a shortage of funds to help her students develop their art skills, she began purchasing supplies from her own funds. Next step was to establish a venue whereby these young people could 'sell' their works to companies with 100% of the proceeds going back to art education.
